Following many manufacturer site visits, prototype visits and in house installations William Freer Green have partnered with many leading manufacturers to provide solutions for:

    Commercial air to wet heating systems

    Commercial energy efficient electric domestic hot water heaters

    Heat recovery systems (heating) via air movement systems

    Heat recovery system (hot water) - feed via existing refrigeration/ freezer units

On top of these we are now able to offer the latest in retrofit hot water generation:

  • Retrofit air to domestic hot water systems in the commercial environment, an easy eco friendly update for most commercial sites

This concept replaces gas fired water heaters with in plant room air heat source hot water units that take the latent plant room (or open space) air and utilises this via the air source condenser system to produce super energy efficient hot water generation.

With William Freer Green having in house mechanical, gas, electric and F-Gas engineers all in house (direct labour) we are able to facilitate these installations in a seamless continual visit, minimising site disruption and overall project cost to the client.

With many different government funding schemes William Freer Green have partnered with Lochinvar to offer technical advise and free EPC reports* to enable a smooth government funding submission process.

*EPC reports are free when Lochinvar are the specified equipment supplier, where funding is secured but Lochinvar products are not used Lochinvar reserve the right to charge for there services provided, visit www.Lochinvar.co.uk for full T&C. William Freer Green are a client Introducer of the Lochinvar Free EPC service and bear no responsibility for the advise or reports that Lochinvar provide to the Client.

Turn-key Solutions

William Freer also offer a turn-key solution package – working collaboratively with DW Building Services Consultants Ltd and Blueprint Building Services Engineers LTD to provide a full design and build solution.

Utilising this collaboration we are able to offer our client a step by step building infrastructure improvement scheme to meet with their Nett carbon reduction plan.

For premises with multiple buildings such as schools and universities this will be a pivotal difference from our competitors, as this allows for many buildings to be gradually improved (without any backwards or costly steps affecting the next phase) as opposed to costly large-scale projects in only one or two of their property portfolio. – Gradually improvements to improve your property portfolio cohesively.
